A teenager is facing trouble for reportedly attaching fish to ATMs and capturing the antics on social media (@fish_bandit84). One online post showcased a video of three trout affixed to a police car. The account was created in August of 2023 and now has over 102k followers. The Instagram account bio says, “Live, laugh, tape fish on ATMs ðŸ 🧠No fish were harmed in the process…”
